In light of the increasing global concerns regarding climate change and the depletion of natural resources, the necessity for the electricity sector to transition toward sustainable practices has become more pronounced. As Aksa Elektrik, we undertake responsibilities in this regard and have initiated carbon footprint assessments within the scope of our climate-related commitments.

This initiative, undertaken as part of our declared commitment to attain carbon neutrality by the year 2050, constitutes a significant measure in fulfilling our environmental responsibilities. In this context, we are formulating and implementing projects aligned with sector-specific carbon neutrality objectives. In order to advance the sustainable development agenda, facilitate the global transition to clean energy, prioritise the mitigation of the climate crisis, and realise our carbon neutrality targets, we are allocating investments toward solutions such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, advanced energy technologies, and smart grid systems.
